Policies and Terms

General Rules for Camping:

• Check-in after 3:00pm and check-out before 11:00am

• You must camp only in assigned camping areas

• All vehicles and trailers must be parked on your campsite or in designated parking areas located in front of the Complex

• Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 09:00am. Please be considerate of others

• Camping longer than 14 consecutive days is generally not allowed

• No washing of vehicles or RVs unless fee for washing is paid at the office

• Campsites are to be kept clean and free from clutter or litter

• Only one RV or one tent per campsite

Sanitation:

• Prevent pollution by keeping garbage, litter and foreign substances out of lakes and other waters
• All garbage must be deposited in dumpsters provided near the entrance to the park or taken home when you leave
• DO NOT leave trash at the campsite
• No sewage shall be disposed of at the campsite but may be disposed of at the dump station in area 1

Campfires:

• Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be prohibited at certain times of the year
• Fires may only be built in fire rings, stoves or grills
• Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. DO NOT leave your fire unattended, you are responsible for keeping your fire under control
• No fireworks or firearms permitted on the resort
• Absolutely no explosive devices permitted on the park

Vehicle Operation:

• Speed limits are strictly enforced on the resort.  Obey speed limits and operate vehicles in accordance with State and Federal regulations and laws
• Safety is always first. Remember children are our responsibility to protect
• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only
• Golf carts are permitted on the resort. Check with the office for detailed guidelines and regulations concerning these carts.
• NO ATVs permitted

Pets and Animals:

• Pets must be restrained on a leash at all times
• Pets (except service dogs) are not allowed in swimming or sanitation areas
• Maximum number of pets per site is two
• No aggressive breeds such as Pitt Bulls or Rottweilers permitted on the resort

Resort Property:

• Please preserve and protect our lakes and the resort. Leave natural areas the way you find them

Guests:

• All guests must register at the office
• Guest fees for day use and overnight stays are required
• Visitors are not admitted in the park after 10:00pm

Swimming:

• Swimming rules and regulations are posted in the pool area. Please obey these rules and regulations
• Children are not permitted in swimming or pool area without adult supervision
• There is no lifeguard on-duty; swim at your own risk
• No running, diving or horseplay in pool area
